Returns Policy

Effective: January 1, 2022

By using and placing an order on https://www.CuddleBright.com/ (“Site”), you acknowledge and confirm that you have read and agree to this Returns Policy and other policies and procedures described below that apply to your orders for merchandise from Simms Mann Institute Products LLC (collectively, with all of their subsidiaries and affiliates, “Institute,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including, but not limited to our Terms of Use y Privacy Policy.

Quantities and Prices May Change

Prices and quantities for merchandise on the Site are subject to change without notice.  Any changes in prices or quantity will be effective immediately and reflected on the Site, so you should refresh your browser to make sure you are viewing the most current version of our Site.  You should also confirm the quantity and price of each item in your Shopping Cart prior to placing your order.  Sales of merchandise are subject to availability of such merchandise. 

Changes/Cancellations of Orders

We try to fill and ship orders for our merchandise as quickly as possible (usually within 36 hours).  As a result, it is difficult for us to modify or cancel an order once you place it.  If you have placed an order and you need to modify or cancel it, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Unfortunately, sending us a notice that your order needs to be changed or cancelled does not guarantee that we will be able to honor your request, as the order may have already been processed.  If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at info@cuddlebright.com as soon as possible and provide us with the details of the order.  We will then confirm if we are able to cancel or modify your order. If we are not able to modify or cancel your order, you can refuse the package at time of delivery, but you will still be responsible for all shipping charges for that merchandise.

Please ensure, prior to placing your order, that your Shopping Cart order (and prices) has been carefully checked for accuracy.  If you find an error in your shipping information, please email us as at info@cuddlebright.com as soon as possible to get this information corrected.

General Shipping Information

We try to fill and ship orders for our merchandise as quickly as possible (usually within 36 hours). Delivery time may vary based on location. 

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refunds cannot be issued and merchandise cannot be replaced without following all of the procedures set forth below.  Please note that the below procedures apply to both a request for (i) a refund for unwanted merchandise and (ii) a replacement of defective merchandise. If your request for refund or replacement, as applicable, fails to meet the applicable criteria listed below, no refund or replacement will be made.  

Request for Refund and/or Replacement Procedures.  

All refund and replacement requests must be made by submitting such request, along with all necessary information to identify the order and purchaser, to info@cuddlebright.com within thirty (30) calendar days of your receipt of the product.  

Once your refund or replacement request is complete and processed, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment that was originally used to purchase the product. The refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid and original shipping expenses. Please note that it can take 2-7 business days after issuance by us for the refund to reflect on the account statement for your bank account, credit card account, electronic payment service or other payment service account, if the refund is made by direct credit to such account.

Please do not ship or return any defective or unwanted merchandise without first being directed to do so by our customer service representatives.  Our customer service representatives will provide additional information to you concerning any return of merchandise, as appropriate, once you have submitted a request for refund or replacement via info@cuddlebright.com.

Replacement of Defective Merchandise.  Once a replacement request is complete and processed, your replacement merchandise will be sent to you in a reasonable period of time, depending on replacement merchandise availability.  If we are unable to ship a replacement product within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt by us of merchandise found to be defective, we will notify you that you may request a refund of the purchase price.

We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, issue to you a refund in lieu of replacing defective merchandise.

WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
